Steve and Suellen Bryan were married March 30, 1974 and have spent their lives owning and managing businesses together, including oil and gas and rental properties. As they downsized, they began investing in nightly rentals. On February 16, 2022, they purchased Historic Water’s Edge Cottages in Rockaway Beach, Missouri. The nine cottages, built in the late 1920s and 1930s, have been carefully renovated to offer comfortable, quaint riverfront stays.
